This year’s theme, “Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women & Girls”, reminds us that progress happens when we stand together - supporting creativity, confidence, community, & each other.

From day one, Cocoon&me has been built with the help of incredible women - friends, family, collaborators, & a community of makers who continue to inspire us. Whether through crafting, teaching, supporting small business, or simply cheering us on, your belief helps us keep growing.

✨ Female Led Workshop Venues

• Hive Design Studio, South Croydon

Founded by Jo & Felicity, Hive has been a creative home for countless workshops and private parties. We love returning to their warm and welcoming space. We’re excited to return on Saturday 30th May for a Crochet Basket Workshop.

• Pitfield Barn Cut Flower Farm, Hurstpierpoint

Run by Emma, Pitfield is a haven of seasonal blooms & sustainable floristry. With the Stable Kitchen reopening on the 2nd April & flower season approaching, it’s the perfect venue for creativity & connection. We are looking forward to our first workshop of the year at Pitfield on Sunday 26th April, which is our Arm Knit Blanket.

• Vale House Lodges, Findon

Hosted by Jo, this tranquil boutique space in the South Downs has become one of our favourite new venues for workshops & retreats. 

These women not only lead beautiful creative spaces - they cultivate kindness, community, & courage.

We are grateful to stand beside these women & proud to celebrate their impact.

🧶 Celebrating the Cocoonity Community

Our Cocoonity is made up mostly of women - and we couldn’t be prouder. But everyone is always welcome.

One of the most powerful things we see at workshops is transformation:

People walk in saying, “I’ll be the worst crafter you’ve ever had,” & leave feeling proud, confident, & empowered.

That’s the magic that happens when women support women.

When we slow down, create with intention, & encourage one another, we’re reminded of our own strength.
