Returns Policy

You have 28 days to notify Cocoon&me you want to return or exchange an item and a further 14 days to send it back. You must contact us directly to get the correct return address and to inform us of your decision to return. Personalised and Made to Order items are usually non-returnable, and you will be responsible for the cost of postage and the return shipping.

Receive your refund: Refunds are typically processed and issued back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that you've posted it.
