Crafting is self-care in motion. Studies show that rhythmic activities like crochet, knitting, & macramé can reduce anxiety, support mental clarity, & even improve sleep. These mindful practices help us unplug from screens & re-engage with ourselves & each other. This quiet focus can lift mood, reduce stress, & even boost memory in people of all ages —especially for children growing up in this digital age, where opportunities for hands-on creativity & calm are more important than ever.
