Weekend of Workshops
Our autumn season kicked off in style this weekend with three creative workshops. On Saturday we hosted two delightful workshops at Hive Design Studio in South London. We started with an Arm Knit Blanket session & followed by a Macramé Knotty Accessories workshop. Paula, who absolutely loves teaching, was thrilled to be back after the summer break. The Knotty workshop was particularly special as we had an inter-generational family group join us, which always adds a heart warming touch. Plus, three keen football fans made Knotty keyrings in Crystal Palace colours!
Meanwhile on Sunday, at our studio in Brighton, we hosted another Arm Knit Blanket Workshop. It was fantastic to meet new people & share in their enthusiasm for learning a new craft skill. One lady had Arm Knitting on her Birthday crafting bucket list, & created a stunning striped blanket in bright pink & peacock green with tassels! Several attendees to this & Saturday's workshop also added tassels to their blankets, which added a special unique touch.
The energy & creativity at all our workshops was truly inspiring!
