Our ‘Chita’ bag, named after a dear friend from Art School, is a creation by Cocoon&me’s Paula, who brings her extensive fashion design experience to the table. This workshop is perfect for keen beginners & intermediates alike. Paula will guide you through every step needed to craft your very own designer bag.

This unique design is handcrafted from sustainable materials, making it both eco-friendly & super stylish. Macramé, a craft that has seen a revival in recent years, is known for being relaxing & therapeutic. This eye-catching bag blends this ancient craft with a contemporary design.

The workshop lasts for 4 hours & 30 minutes, with a small number of attendees to ensure you receive one-to-one tuition. From our experience, you may not complete your bag within this session. To save time, we will pre-cut the yarn so that we can start creating the bag as soon as you arrive. But don't worry, Paula will show you how to finish your bag during the workshop. Plus, we will give you access to our step-by-step exclusive online video tutorial that shows you how to make & finish your ‘Chita’ Bag at home. If you feel you need more assistance from Paula to finish your bag, we can arrange one-to-one sessions.

Dimensions (approximately):

• The finished bag will be 45cm in length (including handles) and 35cm in width. The inner width of the handle is 20cm.

New Size! We’re excited to introduce a brand-new option in our Chita Bag Workshop - a smaller crossbody version! This compact and stylish design is perfect for those who love a hands-free bag with all the charm of the original. This smaller size takes about 3 hours & 30 minutes to make.
